Return Policy

At Cherish Connect, each product is made with care and attention to detail. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom and Personalized Items

All custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error caused by Cherish Connect.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error caused by Cherish Connect.

Damaged by Customer

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper storage, exposure to water, excessive heat, sharp objects, chemicals, pets, or normal wear after delivery.

Natural Materials

Because leather is a natural material, slight variations, markings, grain differences, and aging over time are normal and are not considered defects.

Return Requests

To request an approved return for a non-custom item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.
