Cherish Connect stands behind the craftsmanship of its products.
Customized wallets are covered by a limited craftsmanship warranty for 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in workmanship, including stitching failure, hardware failure, or construction issues under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, water exposure, improper care, overstuffing, dropping, scratching, cuts, burns, pet damage, chemical exposure, or normal wear and tear.
Cherish Connect is not responsible for issues caused by low-quality customer-uploaded images, incorrect customer instructions, or customer-provided spelling, names, dates, or design details that were submitted at checkout.
If a product is found to have a covered workmanship defect within the warranty period, Cherish Connect may repair the item, replace the item, or offer another reasonable solution at its discretion.
To request a warranty review, contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
